Build and Fly at the Air Force Museum Results in Records

Posted by Randy Boadway on on 29th Sep 2025

On Saturday, September 29, 2025 the members of Wright Stuff Rocketeers(WSR), Section 703 of the National Association of Rocketry(NAR) embarked on an adventure with the National Museum of the United States Air Force to build and fly model rockets.  The event was an exceptional example of encouraging youngsteers to get involved in STEM events and maybe even encourage an Aerospace carrear.

When the smake had cleared the event volunteers had built with kids 775 Quest Astra III Flying Model Rocket Kits and 747 took to flight.  There were 544 first time flyers in the group.
