Capable of reaching a max altitude of 1000 feet (305 m) on a single C6-5 engine for the high flying enthusiast, the camp rockets can also be flown on a variety of lower thrust engines that are great for smaller launching spaces.
The Camp Rocket kits also come with a payload section so builders can fly their favorite payloads (grasshoppers make excellent astronauts) or our 2246 Altimeter (sold separately) to measure altitude!

All model rockets come in kit form that require assembly. The materials are primarily cardboard tubes, balsa or plastic fins and nose cone. Materials will vary by model and are typically specified in the description of each kit.
