The sections in Michigan are great at comming together to host fantastic events and this one will be well worth attending.

Estes will be releasing a number of new kits in 2012. The 2012 catalog is expected to be out in January.
The new mid power Pro Series 2 kits are in the process of shipping to the USA, they should be available very soon. The last kit Hyper Bat for 2011 was released and now the first kits of 2012 are arriving.
Thanks Semroc for releasing the Cherokee D, this is one of the clasic favorates. Flying this on a C11 makes for an excellent flight with an easy return. Semroc is also releasing the Aerobee 300, WAC Corporal, Ranger and Bandit still in 2011.
Launch Pad is apparently having trouble filling orders. Many kits are currently not available from our supplier, I suspect eRockets will be running out of some models shortly considering the rush. We expect to have another dozen Nike Hercules in January.
Quest has their new Micro Roc Starter Kits available, this is a fun way to enjoy back yard flying.

Micro Set Decal Setting Solution

Micro Set is a very versatile decal setting solution that does several things to decals to improve application. Micro Set should be applied to the surface of the model where you will be sliding off the decal. Micro Set prepares the surface with special wetting agents that cuts the oils in new paint and converts the adhesive on the back of the decal to a stronger and more lasting one. And finally, Micro Set slightly softens the decals film to make it more flexible so that it can conform better to the model's surface. Better adhesion by the decal to the model prevents tiny air bells from occurring and results in an invisible carrier film or the so called 'painted on look'.

Micro Sol Decal Setting Solution

Micro Sol setting solution is for the most difficult irregular surfaces you find on models. It completely softens the Microscale Decal allowing it to drape down onto the surface of the model conforming perfectly and without distortion. You can get the most amazing results in seemingly impossible places, because Micro Sol actually makes the decal part of the paint.
