Great Kit platform for build and fly's / Classroom ages 4-8

These rockets are great for build and fly events or for kids building their first rocket. The first thing is that all of the fins and nosecones are different. between different kits so the kids really do get a unique rocket. The assembly goes easily and the glue doesn't even need to be dry to fly these with the unique fin-lock system. With streamer recovery and flights on 1/2A motors you can fly these in a very small field. They go about 200' on a 1/2A3-4. For finishing, we had the kids color them with markers. I would recommend building one yourself before teaching others as the motor mount assembly does have to be just right to work with the fin lock system. If this is a concern you can always pre-build the motor mounts.
I'll be buying more of these...
