Excellent kit for the old original Starship Excalibur
This kit is much easier to build as compared to the original plans from many years ago. The precut fins were excellent and the pre-slotted reactor bay tubes for the tabs on the fins made this kit much easier to build. My only recommendation is the precut reactor bay caps are very easy to break because they are so small so I recommend some spare balsa wood or consider making these out of very heavy duty paper or cardboard. I built this kit and I built the same rocket from the original plans (Estes Plan #55) the "old school way" concurrently. This kit is much better. I have a nice photo of the finished product.
