I find these to be a high quality product. eRocket's #10 tubes are evidently designed as replicas of the older Centuri Engineering ST-10 tubes. Centuri claimed an outside diameter of 1.04". When I compare these tubes to my older Centuri stock, these measure very slightly smaller. For example, an older #10 tube coupler fits tightly in these tubes.
