Returns Policy    -   We accept returns with a smile, we want you to be happy with your purchase

You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  You will receive your refund as soon as we receive and process the item back into our facility.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping   -   We ship super fast!

We ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products(model rocket motors), and some products cannot be shipped via air (Model Rocket Motors and Igniters).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes section.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.  All orders are shipped the day they are ordered or the next business day.

Payment

Pay Pal handles our payments by accepting Credit Cards and eChecks.  We use Pay Pal because it is very secure for our customers.  When we receive an order Pay Pal tells us when payment is received and when to ship your product.  We never see a credit card number or bank account number.  Plus we like it that our customers have the buyer protection plan with their purchase, this protects our customers if something unusual happens to their order.

We will also accept Postal Service Money orders.  Money order orders will be shipped when payment is received.    You may mail your Money Order to: 

Sales Tax

Ohio residence will be charged a 7.75%  sales tax on their merchandise and shipping charges is accordance with the State of Ohio.
