LOC Precision Flying Model Rocket Kit 2.63" Scout 

The Scout is an excellent kit for exploration of mid-power rocketry.  Sold individually or in bulk packs, it’s a fairly easy and quick build!  Able to fly on most 24mm motors with MMA-1, the 29mm main mount will keep you flying high. The kit weighs in at 10oz and includes:

Pre-slotted Airframe, Nylon parachute, Kevlar shock cord, and 1/4″ launch lugs.

Bulk packs include fin alignment guide, sand paper, recovery wadding, and a 7 page instructors guide and handout designed for a classroom environment.

What is needed to build and fly

All model rockets come in kit form that require assembly.  The materials are primarily cardboard tubes, balsa or plastic fins and nose cone.  Materials will vary by model and are typically specified in the description of each kit.
